We can provide assistance for new users via secure remote access using AeroAdmin software which is installed on our computer and you install a copy on yours. AeroAdmin is free to download, requires no installation or configuration. All that’s needed is to download and launch it on your computer. To run a remote session, we set up a time when we are both available (taking careful note of time differences) and exchange AeroAdmin ID numbers and establish a connection. Once connected, we can watch while you work with gCADPlus and offer suggestions and troubleshooting tips.

Set up for distance support
Your first step is to download a copy of AeroAdmin. Here is the link to download your copy:
Run it and the screen shown below will pop up.
Note that to protect your security, we connect only in view mode and do not access you computer.
You call us either by email/phone or Skype and give us your Client/ID. We will initiate a session at our end and call you via AeroAdim and ask you to allow us to connect.
Once you have accepted our invitation as a legitimate user, we can start a learning session.
We do charge for this. Support tickets/vouchers can be purchased here. Each voucher entitles you to a support call that can be up to an hour long.
