Delete items from the program list

Beginners often find that items on the Start pop up menus stay there even though the program itself has been un-installed.

Use the right mouse button to remove unwanted items

As you install more and more applications on your computer, the list of available program cascading from the Start>Programs menu grows and grows. Assuming that you have removed the application in the proper way - using the Control Panel>Add and Remove Programs, the item still stays on the above list. This is untidy. To remove an unwanted item, simply highlight it and click the right mouse button. Choose the delete option.
