This workshop is designed to
help process design engineers improve their AutoCAD/IntelliCAD
skills, concentrating on the value of placing symbols (blocks)
with stored non-graphical attributes in CAD process and
instrumentation drawings.
We show how to extract non-graphic information stored with blocks
and how to import this data into Excel for subsequent
manipulation.
CAD Workshop -
Process and Instrumentation
normally runs over one day, but can be extended if required. Cost
is $285.00 inc. GST.
A reasonably
good understanding of CAD drafting using either
AutoCAD or IntelliCAD.
If you do not have these skills, look at our
precursor courses, QuickStart
CAD and Basic CAD
1, Basic
CAD 2, Paper Space
& Model Space courses.
The table below provides an

Note:
In addition to providing courses in our dedicated training
centre located within a campus of the University of Adelaide, we
also run many courses via our distance
learning program. This course is not yet available via distance
learning.
