This course
introduces you to the concepts behind incorporating CAD drawings into
company quality systems. We develop a drafting
standard for a typical company that meets As1100 and focus on generating
some drawings to that standard.
Participants are
supplied with an AutoLISP program (VERIFY
value $A300) which
they can use to
automatically check drawings against their company standard and
produce an exceptions report. We assist participants in
this customization process.
CAD standards
normally runs over a full day session. Cost
is $285.00 per person and includes GST.
An
understanding of basic
computer operation including being able to create, save and locate files.
Ability to
create complex drawings using either AutoCAD,
IntelliCAD or MicroStation.

Note:
In addition to providing courses in our dedicated training
centre located within a campus of the University of Adelaide, we
also run many courses via our distance
learning program. This course is not presently available via distance
learning.
